Service coverage
RayXpress delivery areas
RayXpress currently identifies Welimada, Bandarawela, Ella and Balangoda as genuine service areas. Exact restaurant and delivery availability is confirmed after the customer enters an address in the app.
Welimada
The original pilot area and location of the registered office. View featured local restaurants and delivery information.
Bandarawela
See how address-level availability, delivery estimates and restaurant opening hours work.
Ella
Guidance for precise delivery pins to homes, workplaces and eligible accommodation addresses.
Balangoda
Balangoda is included prominently as an active service area, with live availability confirmed in the app.
Why the app checks your exact address
A town-wide label does not mean every restaurant can deliver to every street. Distance, opening hours, food preparation time and current delivery capacity affect what is available. RayXpress shows the current options after you set your location.
